GENERAL✧ I don't allow the creation or sale of my drawings as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). If you find my drawings being sold this way, please note that it is not me and I am not associated with those transactions.✧ Optionally, you can provide me with written descriptions of what you want me to draw, as long as they are accompanied by visual references. This will help me better understand your expectations and ensure that the final result matches what you want me to draw you.✧ Commission completion times may vary, as I take my time to draw and ensure the quality of each work. Therefore, the process may take several weeks. I will inform you of any problems or unexpected delays that may arise during the process.✧ I reserve the right to decline your commission if your request is rude or if you ask for something that is outside my ability to draw. I will not accept advance payments.✧ Payment is only accepted through PayPal. If you are from Colombia, I can also accept payments through Nequi.✧ Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character, background and overall pose. I may charge a higher price for characters with specific designs, complex backgrounds, detailed items or accessories.✧ Only payments that are within the established price range will be accepted. If the amount of money offered significantly exceeds the stated price, I reserve the right to consider it a scam and block you.✧ If the final result of the drawing does not convince you, you will be charged half the commission price.✧ Checks from family accounts are not accepted as a form of payment.---------------------------COMISSIONER RIGHTS- You have permission to:✧ Use the artwork for personal non-profit use.✧ Print it and use it as a profile photo, wallpaper, avatar, etc.✧ Use my drawing for the cover of your book, game, website, or any other personal or non-commercial project, as long as you give me proper credit for the work.✧ Share the work on your social networks, blogs or similar platforms, as long as you mention me as the original author and provide a link or tag to my profile, if applicable.✧ Show the work in exhibitions or non-commercial events, with proper attribution to the author.- You are NOT allowed:✧ Use my drawings for the purpose of profit or sell copies/prints of them without my prior written consent.✧ Use any of my drawings against me, any other person or group.✧ Claim the work as your own or made by you.✧ Repost the work without giving the appropriate credits. You must be sure to include my name or alias as the original author of the work.✧ Edit or remove watermarks, signatures or any other form of identification present on the work without my prior written consent.
